In our business, the most important are people. The seller, the sales manager, the Head of the department-each of them conducts dozens of sales conversations with Customers every day, trying to choose the right products for the individual needs of the Client. Therefore, the Trainer Project is one of the most important projects in our company, because it allows one to fulfil several goals at once: advising the customer who is choosing the product, transferring knowledge to the seller who is offering the product and ensuring an adequate exposure in the market. And at the very end, we achieve the ultimate goal: the customer leaves the store satisfied with the product perfectly chosen for them.
